1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LogWell, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LogWell provides digital tools for storing, organizing, and managing aircraft maintenance records, logbooks, and related documentation. LogWell is a record-keeping and organizational tool only. It is not a substitute for regulatory compliance, certified maintenance, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use LogWell.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate information
  • You may not share accounts or credentials
  • You are responsible for managing user permissions you grant to others

LogWell may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

5. Aircraft and Maintenance Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload
  • You grant LogWell a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely to provide the service
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all entries

LogWell does not verify, certify, or validate maintenance actions or regulatory compliance.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription
  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Prices and features may change with notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of access.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Interfere with system security or availability
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to exploit the platform
  • Use LogWell for unauthorized commercial purposes

8. Availability and Modifications

LogWell is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimers

LogWell does not:

  • Certify airworthiness
  • Replace official logbooks or required inspections
  • Guarantee regulatory compliance

You are solely responsible for meeting FAA, EASA, or other aviation authority requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • LogWell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability will not exceed the amount paid to LogWell in the prior 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LogWell harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your data or content
  • Violations of these terms or applicable laws

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. LogWell may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, or legal requirements.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, where LogWell operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
